Leadership is one of the most critical areas in religious life today and yet it is essential for developing and sustaining a good and integrated community in our monastery. However, as per Holy Scripture, Jesus our Master did not come to establish a kingdom where power prevails. He came to establish servant leadership where humility and service are essential.
